Sägeblatt auf Guss

Da sich Guss und gehärteter Stahl schlecht miteinander verbinden lassen, habe ich mich entschlossen auf das Sägeblatt 8 Bolzen zu schießen. Die Bolzen verbinden sich mit dem Stahl und durchdringen ihn nicht.

Die Oberseite des Blattes ist somit unbeschädigt.

Auf die 8 Stehbolzen wird dann der Fuß gesteckt und mit Edelstahlhutmuttern festgeschraubt. Das Blatt selbst bekommt eine Fixierung mit Klarlack, damit nichts von der Patina (Rost und Kratzer) verloren geht. Zum Schluss wird der Tisch mit kleinen klaren Gummistoppern ausgestattet und einer gehärteten Glasplatte belegt. Dient auch zum Schutz der Oberfläche und ist einfacher zu reinigen und vor allem sind die immer noch scharfen Zähne des Blattes ein wenig entschärft. Die Glasplatte ist größer als das Blatt.

Blade to cast iron
Since iron and hardened steel badly compound each other, I decided to fire up the saw blade 8 bolts. The bolt connecting to the steel and does not pass through it. The upper side of the blade is thus not damaged.
On the 8 studs then the foot is inserted and screwed with Edelstahlhutmuttern. The blade gets a fixation with clear varnish, so nothing is lost by the patina (rust and scratches). Finally, the table equipped with rubber nipple and a tempered glass plate is whacked. Also serves to protect the surface and is easier to clean and most importantly, the sharp teeth of the blade still mitigated somewhat. The glass sheet is greater than the blade.

Zukünftige Projekte

Geplant sind im Moment: 2 Betten aus Gerüstrohren, 8 blaue und rote Sitzhocker und eine Kollektion von 10 Bistrotischen, verschiedener Größen, aber vorwiegend 700 mm Durchmesser, ein 450 mm Acrylzylinder mit einer mattblauen 800 mm Acrylplatte und LED-Beleuchtung der ein Wohnzimmerbeistelltisch wird. Neuer Auftrag eine Deckenlampe aus einer Wäschetrommel und alle zu kleinen Sägeblätter werden Wanduhren.

Gerne probiere ich Neues aus und entdecke die Wirkung unterschiedlicher Ausdrucksformen.

Im Moment baue ich einen neuen Couchtisch und einen Kronleuchter aus Olivendosen.

Alle diese Dinge sind realisiert.

Ich habe auch ein kleines Nachtschränkchen für mich und eine Sitztonne zum Müll sammeln gebaut.

Der Nachtschrank wird eine Serie und auch zu offen Regal.

Ferner ist eine Bar geplant. Ich habe mehr als 25 Tonnen verarbeitet und werden nun neue Projekte starten. Die Tonnen sind aber ein fantastisches Material und so vielfälltig verwendbar.

Future projects
Are planned at the moment: 2 beds from scaffolding, 8 blue and red stools and a collection of 10 bistro tables, diffrent sizes, but mainly 700 mm diameter and a 450 mm acrylic cylinder with a matte blue 800 mm acrylic panel and LED lighting as a Livingroomtable. New contract work, a ceiling lamp made of a washing drum (washing machine) and all blades are too small will be Wall clocks.
I like to try out new things and discover the effect of different forms of expression.

I've built to collect even a small bedside table for me and a ton of seat and keep the waste.
The bedside table is a series, and also an open shelf made of Oil cans will come in the future.
Furthermore, a bar is planned. I have done more than 25 tons now and I will start now some new projects. However, the cans are a fantastic material and so versatile.
